A family park, owned and managed by the James family since 1986.
The Park has been created on the original slopes and contours of the dunes and is far enough away from the village to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere but near enough to walk to the many attractions which make Brean an ideal family holiday destination.
Walking from the reception at the entrance of the park to the sea, you find the launderette with further information on local events and attractions. Further past the well spaced caravan holiday homes is the children’s playground, picnic area, main car park and The Sundowner Grill / Bar. There are pathways directly to the beach, and to the South, the Berrow Dunes Nature Reserve.
