Discover Brean Sands Resort

Brean Beach

Right on our doorstep is 7-miles of sandy beach stretching from Brean Down to Burnham-on-Sea, so there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your family day out. Take advantage of this sunbathing hotspot whilst the little ones build sandcastles, paddle in the sea and play amongst the famous sand dunes. The beach is dog friendly all year round so the whole family can come along.

Brean Down

The National Trust’s Brean Down is a perfect day out to take in the breath-taking views of Brean. The down stands 97 meters high and offers panoramic views across the Bristol Channel over to Wales and across the stunning Somerset levels. Take the 1.5 mile walk along the Down or travel back in time and visit the World War II fort that sit at the end. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads.

Markets/Car boots

Pick up a bargain at one of Brean or the local area’s many Car boot sales and markets. Everything from toy and tech to clothes and food can be found in the various locations. Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday – Brean Leisure Park, Wednesday – Warren Farm (May to August), Thursday – Edithmead.

Brean Theme Park

Brean Theme Park is home to over 40 rides and attractions, there is something here for all ages from white knuckle rides like the Rollercoasters or the Ghost Train to gentle tots rides such as the Rainbow Cups or Fantasia. There is plenty at the theme park to fill your family day out with all the rides, Go-Karts, adventure golf and game and prize stools. Just a 5 minute walk from Beachside Holiday Park.

Brean Splash and Play

Less than a 10 minute walk from Beachside Holiday Park is Brean Splash Waterpark offering a 25 meter pool, splash pad, kids splash zone with slides, 3 outdoor water slides and an outdoor garden terrace, it’s a great day out for all ages. Next door is Brean Play and extensive indoor soft play centre for children under 12 featuring slides, obstacles, trampolines and much more. There is also a café with free WiFi so parents can relax whilst the children play.

Animal Farm

Get close to nature on this 23 acre farm. Feed and handle a range of domestic and exotic animals from pigs and goats to wallabies and llamas and much more. The farm is also home to a giant outdoor play castle and indoor soft play area. Animal Farm is located just a 30 minute walk from Beachside Holiday Park.
