A summer festival for dogs and their owners
Dog lovers visiting Somerset this summer may want to add ProDog Beach Fest 2026 to their plans.
Taking place on 15th and 16th August 2026 at Weston-super-Mare Beach Lawns, this two-day festival is designed especially for dogs and their owners, with activities, demonstrations, expert advice and plenty of opportunities to try something new.
The event includes a wide range of dog-friendly activities, including agility, flyball, dock diving, scent detection, a dog and owner assault course, gun dog scurry, fun run and canicross. There will also be expert talks, canine wellness advice, food and retail zones, a puppy zone, kids’ activities, and dedicated rest and hydration areas for dogs.
ProDog Beach Fest is also supporting dog welfare, with fundraising going towards its charity partners, Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary and RSPCA North Somerset Branch.
Whether you are bringing your dog on holiday or simply enjoy a day out with animals, this looks set to be a fun and memorable weekend by the coast.
