- Where it’s positioned on the park - Some owners value peace and privacy above all else. Others like being closer to facilities or the main routes through the park. There’s no right answer — but it’s something to consider early.
- Costs and clarity - Ownership should never feel vague. You should understand site fees, running costs, and what’s included before making any decisions. If something isn’t clear, it’s worth slowing down and asking.
- Thinking beyond the first year - Many owners tell us the real value comes from the off-peak months. If you expect to visit outside the school holidays, higher insulation, better heating, or a slightly higher-spec model can significantly extend how much you use your caravan.
Why January Is a Sensible Time to Start Looking
From experience, February and March are our busiest months for caravan sales. Interest increases quickly, and the most popular caravans don’t stay available for long.
