Understanding Ownership Costs
We believe in being open about the costs involved.There are three main ongoing costs:
- Ground Rent from £3,822 + VAT for 2026 (holiday homes up to 32x10). Supplements apply to larger units.Insurance
- All owners require insurance. We can arrange quotes through Compass Insurance, or owners can arrange their own cover.Gas & Electric
- Metered individually — meaning you only pay for what you use.Holiday homes operate on an 11-month licence season and are for holiday use only.
